Buonasera mia famiglia e amici,
We may not send a report every day but today was special – we did a food crawl tour. The photos show the window of Ruggeri Salumeria (we tasted many delicacies here), Forno Roscioli (fantastic pizza and biscotti), and us enjoying a prosecco in the main piazza in Trastevere (for the uninitiated “across the Tiber”).
We also enjoyed some great pasta and gelato and were entertained by the delightful Daniella, our guide.
Tonight we dine at Trattoria da Lucia. Then tomorrow – Napoli!
